We’re Bop Records — a recording and production studio based in Bow, East London, built on a simple belief: music should be accessible to everyone, not just the people who can already afford a way in.

Bop Records was founded by two people who came from low socioeconomic backgrounds themselves. We know firsthand what it’s like to have talent and drive but no door to walk through. That experience shapes everything we do here — from how we price our sessions to why mentorship sits right at the centre of our mission.

That’s our mission, and it’s not just a tagline. We’re here to give disadvantaged young people real access — to studio time, to mentorship, to the kind of guidance that turns raw talent into something they can build a future on. Music is the medium, but progression is the point.
